Thanks. I actually bought this mtb recently to use it as a "model" to restore my PR6000 team bike (1991 Pro team) that had been resprayed (in a very bad way) by the previous owner.

There is a resprayed one on a Dutch classified site atm. Maybe if it is done properly you could send it to the same painter.

TIG welded frames were made in Japan if I remember and completed by Ritchey…
 
1990 Shogun Prairie Breaker, Tange Prestige.
Shogun was an export brand of Marui Ltd, so it had just about everything on their books in 1990; Tioga (most of the catalogue!), Shimano, Strong, Araya.

Really have to get it some Farmer Johns.
