Never seen one of these before

I just picked up a mid 90's rear wheel with the disc covers on wheels knackered by disc is not bad at the moment tho its pink and sandstone colour and njna written on it lol
 
That's awhole different thing. That ninja labeled part is just a cover for the spoke wheel. The tioga disk drives dont have spoks in them. Those kevlar strings replace the spokes.
 
I know my ninja labelled one is just to cover a spoke wheel wheel lol as I said the wheels knackered and the disk cover is ok, just thought I would pop it in the convo the other is a far nicer bit of kit and much better lol
