Has anyone ever had any impossible or hard to find bike parts cnc'd ?
I have an impossible to find bike part which I would like to have a replacement made if I can't find an original.
Thanks. Jeff.

You can get one offs of things made. It does cost because of the programing of the CNC tool. But once done, arguably you have it for life if anyone else wants the same.
I've not done it for bike parts, but other things.
Claro Engineering are very good, speake to Pete Curran. They might be fairly busy though. http://claro.co.uk/

Re:

I've had bits made in the past, mostly by members on here. A lot depends on whether you have an original part to copy, or the dimensions/CNC design for someone to make it from.

What are you looking to have made?

Depending on the part, an alternatve may be 3d printing?

I was looking at some parts the other week that had been 3d printed.....in titanium!!
I want one of those printers please
