Squeaking V brake help

It not unknown for a brake boss to be out of alignment esp on a kids bike. Had to bend a few back in my time.

You can look forward to the ting ting ting of discs and they still squeeeeeel if some around here are any to go by.

I think the brake boss angle is worth a look , I know the only ones I seem to get constant trouble with are xt m738 / m739 with wobbling linkages , I end up with a zip tie around them :facepalm: never seem to get it with avids .

Sorry I need to read what I type !! I ment the problem being in the brake boss allowing the brake to rock causing a judder rather than the angle of it :facepalm:

That's ok, i think the issue is due to the play in one arm so looking for alternative brakes to try.
