From memory ... could be off on a date or two.

Top tubes were shorter on the 80s Brodies and came with a mix of brazed and spinner forks.

All romaxs (romaxes?) were fillet brazed. Only some of the Climbmaxes were.

First generation gators around 1988/9.

U brakes switch to the seat stays c1989 on the Romax and Climbmax

Romax phases out in 1992? I think I've seen a 1992??

Early sovereigns also had U brakes before switching to all cantilevers.

1" Climbmax and catalyst are phased out around 1991/2. Replaced by just the 1 1/8" Catalyst, which was replaced by the expresso in 1993. Two BHDT bikes are made in 1993.

Sovereign cable routing switches to top tube 93/4.

Noodle changes around 1995.
