Mmm..not sure that looks quite right bud :? The spokes either side of the hole should splay outwards to the hub.

:D If you get the first spoke right you should be fine :cool: ..just make sure it's pulling away from the hole and is the same side on the hub and rim. :D

If these are your first sets then I would build the tension up slowly, re truing vertically and laterally as you go.

Stating the obvious but building with reused spokes and rims tends to be a lot harder than with new. Would seriously advise against reusing nipples.

I used to build them all the time 20 years ago, being my first time since then, ahem, I am a tad rusty :D reused the rim with new spokes. Was a bit wobbly but nice and true now. :D
