Can anyone help identify this BB? And most importantly, what tool fits the really small 8 holes to assemble it. A google search didn't bring anything up.

Thanks for your reply. The park spanners won't work, I have those in my workshop but they have a 2.3mm pin and the holes in this one are 1.4mm. There are some small pliers that would fit but I would rather find the appropriate tool for it.
