I picked this up locally for the fork. Tough to find Tange (non-fatty) Struts. Too short for my brodie, but I am sure something will come up I can use them on :)

Anyway ...

- Steel frame
- All Ritchey Components
- 1 1/8" Fork
- 29.4 seatpost?
- Serial #WT3010142

hmmm - the extended seat tube is reminiscent of a RM Blizzard, but I didn't think they had a noodle that wrapped around the tube for the rear brake.

The colour reminds me of a saracenbut don't recall them having that seat tube design.

Hopefully someone else who knows more than me can clear this one up :)

seems that someone had been busy removing the decals from that frame.

otherwise I have no idea, sorry.

Googling the serial number brings up a parallel universe wher ethe exact same question has been asked:

Haha ...

I am surprised the former "owner" didn't remove the serial#.

I cannot find any early Wojick models that look like this.

It does have that same Blizzard, Brodie, Toad, Kona, high seat tube, but it doesn't appear to be one of those.

It looks sorta like the faux fat chance, Canadian, "Team Chance". They all look a bit different it seems, but I think all were black.

Maybe its a Norco of some kind, or another Canadian brand.

Re:

There are elements that are similar to Saracen to my eye - brake tube around the seat pin, colour, Tange tubing, Ritchey kit, pulley for the front mech and so on - but then there are elements missing or strange (high seat tube).

Hardly a useful post I know, sorry - just tryng to get my retro eye back in but might be a lead... :)

I would agree with Jimi911 on the Asian-CA/FC resemblance. Extended seat tube, brake noodle, struts. Still just a guess though.

Not sure why somebody would scrape off the decals if it is a Canadian market FC.

The Mombat Team has a completely different serial number:

Re:

Guess there were no decals and somebody scraped a little to see if there is a Rocky Mountain hiding under the paint  Makes sense?

Is that primer or white paint?
